Frequently Asked Facebook Marketing Questions
Marketing on Facebook is fairly complex and hardly any help from Facebook themselves so questions do arise. Here are many of our most commonly asked questions and their answers.
How does Facebook get my inventory?
This is actually a quite simple process. After you sign up with our service and log in it will ask you to connect your Facebook Page to our KGI Facebook App. Give it permission and you can start posting immediately!
How do I post my cars on Facebook Marketplace?
Once you share your vehicle to Facebook you will have the ability to create a Facebook Marketplace listing.
How do I update Marketplace if my car sold?
Because Facebook removed the ability for us to list on Marketplace and remove cars you will need to manually remove sold vehicles. This is done by opening your dealership page and clicking Manage Inventory. Then find the vehicle and mark it sold.
How does posting fun pictures of celebrities help me sell cars?
Facebook is a social network. Its main purpose is to keep people engaged on their site. By providing fun images you are provoking your audience to reply! As people engage with your posts you will gain an larger audience. As your audience grows you will be able to then get more eyes on your dealership, your cars, and your ads. This will in turn lead to more sales!
How many pictures does Facebook Marketplace support?
20 pictures is the current FBMP limit for displaying a vehicle for sale.
"I recommend their services on multiple fronts. They operate quickly and efficiently, assist in making best choices [for me]... In the short time I have worked with them I have seen growth beyond the ROI I would have expected in such a short period of time, and advice to maintain my forward momentum whilst using their services that is sensible and consumer oriented."
